The research on the freezing temperature field by masonry wall in the western soft rock freeze wellbore

Abstract: To study on the freezing wall temperature field by masonry concrete wall in deep soft rock strata within rich water, field test and regression analysis were combined to do the research. a mine shaft was choosen to monitor the temperature field in Mongolia and Shaanxi Provinces during excavation, the results show that: The freezing Well help in soft rock thawed largest range of between 400 ~ 600mm, occurring in the pouring of concrete 7d, freeze soft rock maximum melt distance S and well help temperature T presented a linear relationship;Well help soft rock all over again refreezed in the 12 ~ 52d, soft rock all over again refreezing time D and well help temperature T showed a linear relationship. Research that, to ensure the strength of concrete pouring 7d, the well help temperature should be controlled above the -4.9 ℃, the temperature into the mold of concrete higher than 16 ℃.
